Abstract

[Also in Groups XXII and XXXVI] A single layer spiral inductor is made by cutting longitudinal and transverse channels through the conducting surface of a copper clad laminate or other metal clad board by means of a rotary cutting tool which may be controlled by a pantograph engraving machine. An automatic production line is described in Group XXXVI.
