Abstract
755,631. Magazines for automatic looms. HALL & KAY, Ltd., HALL, H. D., and KAY, E. Dec. 7, 1954 [Jan. 12, 1954], No. 838/54. Class 142 (2). An angularly adjustable bracket 17, 18 is mounted above the magazine and accommodates a bobbin skip 19 in which bobbins are disposed with their axes parallel to the bobbinretaining means in the magazine 27. The bracket comprises two plates 17, 18, the plate 17 having a front part 21 holding a few bobbins immediately prior to their transference by hand into the magazine. The bracket is pivoted on plates 10 by bolts 12, fabric washers and springs being provided on the bolts to give sufficient friction to hold the bracket in an adjusted position. The plates 10 have edges 29, 30 which abut the bracket in its two extreme positions.
