Class 68(1) [Also in Group XXX] A mining machine (not shown) is adapted to travel along the length of a sectional scraper trough conveyer 1 (see Group XXX) whose floor 17 is maintained level right up to the discharge end 3. The mining machine is hauled along the conveyer side frames by a cable 15 connected intermediate its length to the machine and whose. ends are wound in opposite directions on cable drums 13 and 14 which are ;adapted to be coupled to the motors 11 and 12 which drive the conveyer.
