Abstract

738,388. Agricultural implements. WADE & SON, Ltd., J. T., and ROADNIGHT, R. Sept. 24, 1953 [Aug. 1, 1952], No. 19575/52. Class 6 (1). An implement for cultivating and levelling ground comprises a frame formed by skids 10 and transversally extending bars 11 to 16 arranged so that the height of successive bars above the bottom surfaces of the skids decreases' progressively from front to rear of the frame. As shown, the bars are adjustably secured to the frame by means of pins 17 or bolts welded on the bars. A pair of wheels 22 are mounted on levers 23 so that they can be raised to an inoperative position as shown or lowered to raise the rear of the implement from the ground for transport purposes. The implement is provided with a draw-bar 20 for connection to a tractor.
