Abstract

691,308. Inductances. HUNT, Ltd., A. H. Jan. 31, 1951 [Nov. 3, 1949; Dec. 13, 1949; June 9, 1950], Nos. 28147/49, 31923/49 and 14432/50. Class 38 (ii). [Also in Group XXXVI] An electrical unit consists of a roll of flexible dielectric strip having a conductive pattern arranged on one or both of its surfaces, so that in the roll the successive turns build up to form a plurality of circuit components, including an inductor, or a capacitor with an inductor and/or resistor, the components being connected to terminal tags carried along the edges of the roll by means of narrow bands of conductive material extending over the surface of the strip. Part of the pattern may consist of one or more narrow lines 38, 43 extending longitudinally of the strip, so that inductors are formed when the strip is rolled, which are connected to tags 39, 40 and 44, 45. Specification 647,573, [Group XXXVI], is referred to and the first Provisional Specification refers to Specification 563,080, [Group XXXVI].
