Abstract
An article of thermoplastic synthetic resin which is rigid at body temperature is electrically heated to a mouldable temperature whilst it is applied to the body. The heating may be effected by passing a current through the article or through a heating wire embedded in the article, or by a dielectric heating process.ALSO:An article of thermoplastic synthetic resin is adapted for moulding to a portion of the human body, the article being rigid at body temperature and being electrically heated to a mouldable temperature whilst it is applied to the body. The heating may be effected by passing a current through the article or through a heating wire embedded in the article, or by a dielectric heating process.
