Abstract

638,855. Glass grillers. DEMA GLASS, Ltd., (formerly DEMA SUPPLIES, Ltd.), and KUBLIN, W. W. July 21, 1948, Nos. 19523 and 32854. [Class 28(i)] A food supporting grill is made of heatresistant glass having a series of parallel sharp triangular-shaped ridges 14 standing up from a base 10 which has a surrounding channel 16 to collect fat from the furrows. The channel 16 leads to a pouring lip 20. The furrows themselves may have lower secondary wider angled ridges 24, Fig. 3, which may slope from the middle to the sides. The ends of the main ridges are bevelled off at 22. A detachable handle 26 is provided.
