592,060. Coating cores by extrusion. HARGREAVES, L. S., and SHADLOW ELECTRIC WIRES, Ltd. March 2, 1945, No. 5291. [Class 87 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXVI] Sagging of the insulation 3 surrounding the spiral dielectric 2 of an electric conductor 1 is prevented by a cylindrical extension 9, on the feed cone 6, extending beyond the orifice of the extrusion apparatus. A slight sinking of the insulation- 3 may be allowed to effect a lock with the dielectric 2.
