Abstract

514,928. Metal door frames. HOPE & SONS, Ltd.. H., and BISHOP, B. B. June 11, 1938, No. 17352. [Classes 20 (ii) and 20 (iii)] Door frames are formed of channel section bars a connected together by single connectors c lying within the channels and against the sides thereof, and the free edge of the bars and connectors are formed with flanges b and d respectively, the connection being made by tongues e on the frame members being turned over into notches h provided in the flanges of the connectors. The bottoms of the channel bars may also be 'provided with interfitting tongues f and recesses g.
