Abstract

509,093. Toothbrush handles. ROGERS, F. H. (Clean-Be- Tween Toothbrush Co., Inc.). Aug. 30, 1938, No. 25415. [Class 61 (i)] A toothbrush comprises a movable brush head 21, Fig. 1, a handle 5 with a tube 10, Fig. 2, rigidly attached thereto by a slotted member 8 and piece 7. A clamp 14 slides in the tube 10 and has a threaded portion 16 sliding in the slotted member 8. A collar 18 is threaded internally to engage the threaded part 16 to cause longitudinal movement of the clamp 14. The collar 18 is flush with the handle 5 and prevents ingress of foreign material.
