493,271. Gun-carriages. KRUPP AKT.-GES., F. May 6, 1938, No. 13551. Convention date, May 15, 1937. [Class 92 (i)] The coupling pintle 1 of a limber carriage 2 carries a downwardly-inclined track 12, Fig. 1, fitted with a gear 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 for hoisting the rear end of the gun trail 14 up the track into the limbered-up position shown in Fig. 3. When the gun is limbered-up, an auxiliary wheel axle 4 on the track is locked against the trail by a clamp 16 and the trail resting on lateral spring buffers 13 on the track is retained by a fastening 19.
