[Class 114] [Also in Group XXVI] Reverse-acting screw-fan blades have the major part of the effective leading surface inclined near the hub at an angle of 40‹ to the plane of rotation, this angle progressively decreasing to an angle of not more than 27‹ at the blade tip. Each half-blade is of streamline section, the blades having a full section at the hub decreasing to an almost parallel section at the tip.
