484,963. Reversible double windows. PERSSON, E. S. Sept. 22, 1937, No. 25707. Convention date, Feb. 20. [Class 20 (iii)] A double window comprises one sash reversible on horizontal pivots 4 and having a second sash hinged thereto along the edge which is lowest when closed. Draught-excluding beads 13, secured above and below the pivots 4 to the sash and frame, respectively, cover the joints between the sash and frame. Stays 9 housed in recesses 8, 10, of the sashes maintain the hinged sash in an inclined position by engaging recesses in the one and pivots in the second.
