W., Vernon House, Sicilian Avenue, Bloomsbury, London, (Representatives of ROYCE, SIR F. H.) Dec. 15, 1932. No. 35608. [Class 103 (i).] The master cylinder of a hydraulic system communicates with the reservoir at a point beyond the normal travel of the piston by a conduit e controlled by a valve g, held open in the inoperative position of the piston by an arm h rigid with the brake pedal b<3> and closed by a spring g<2> as the piston begins its stroke.
