Abstract

417,167. Packages. ADLER, L., 2301, N. 11th Street, St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.A. Dec. 14, 1933, No. 35279. [Class 94 (i).] A packet or container particularly for colouring material to be mixed with a food product comprises a sheet 4 of pliant transparent material such as regenerated cellulose, which is bulged, and superposed on a sheet 5 of stiffer material, such as paper, so as to form a circular pocket for receiving the material 2, the edges 6 being secured by adhesive. If desired a second sheet 7 similar to the sheet 4 may be applied to the other side of the reinforcing sheet 5. The packet is preferably hexagonal, and a number of packets are formed together in a strip or sheet which is then cut into individual packets.
