[Class 141.] A garment comprises a trouser-like portion adapted, when not in use, to be opened out to a flat position, and consisting of an upper continuous portion 2, leg portions 3, and a depending portion 4 adapted to be brought up between the legs of the wearer and attached to the outer edges of the leg portions. The outer edges of the portion 4 in its attached position form continuations of the inner edges of the leg portions and are preferably secured to the outer edges of the leg portions by sliding clasp fastening means 5, 6, 7. The trousers may be secured to or formed integrally with a jacket, in the latter case the depending portions 4 being extended and adapted to form the front of the jacket, two lines of fastening elements 5, 6 extending down from the shoulders to the ankles of the wearer. Flaps lined with fur or like material may be provided to cover the junction lines between the separable parts of the garment. The jacket 1 for use with the trousers shown is secured at the front by a sliding clasp fastener, and the collar 16 has an elastic band 17 adapted to pass over the wearer's head for the purpose of keeping the collar in place.
