Capsules and like closures; closures completed by cement. - A closure cap for a paper bottle is formed to fit a groove 17, Fig. 5, in the mouth of the bottle and is provided with an outwardly and downwardly extending apron 20 adapted to overlie the conical lip of the bottle. If the lip is rounded, as shown in Fig. 2, the lower edge of the apron may be contracted beneath it. The cap may be sealed' by paraffin wax or other substance introduced between the bottle lip and the apron of the cap.
