Mills and apparatus.-In a machine for cutting layers of paper or other material into strips, coacting annular blades 21 are removably secured to discs 19, strung upon squaresectioned shafts 9, 10 and spaced by spring washers 23. The shafts are driven at different speeds. Strippers are provided between the blades.
