Abstract

263,472. Dale, Forty, & Co., Ltd., and Wilkes, F. W. Nov. 5,1926. Bolts.-The handle 13 of a thumb-screw has pivot pins 12 which enter slots in a hollow cap 6 secured to the head 2 of a screw 1. The edge 8 of the cap is turned over, a cup-shaped member 4 having a non circular hole engaging a similarly shaped collar on the screw which is upset at 3 to retain the member. A plate 9 has spring fingers 11 engaging pins 12 to retain the handle in either an upright or flat position.
