Abstract
A spring roller includes first and second mounting brackets 1, 2, and a roller 3. A spring rod 4 is arranged within the roller and a limit spring 5 surrounds the rod, inside the roller. An adjusting plug 9, located inside the roller, has a peripheral surface in an interference fit with an inner surface of the roller. A spring tail plug 8 is fixed to the limit spring, and is located inside the roller, the spring tail plug movably surrounding the rod, with the peripheral surface of the spring tail plug being an interference fit with an inner surface of the roller. A tension adjusting core (6, fig 3) is provided, which is arranged to the inside of one of the brackets, and contains a plurality of circumferentially spaced notches (61, fig 3) the tension adjusting core being connected with the rod. A rotating plug 7, arranged around the tension adjusting core, includes a punch hole (71, fig 3), through which a locking rod can be inserted into one of the notches of the tension adjusting core. The locking rod is removable from the notch to release the spring.
Description
(54) Title ofthe Invention: Spring roller Abstract Title: Spring roller (57) Aspring roller includes first and second mounting brackets 1, 2, and a roller 3. Aspring rod 4 is arranged within the roller and a limit spring 5 surrounds the rod, inside the roller. An adjusting plug 9, located inside the roller, has a peripheral surface in an interference fit with an inner surface of the roller. A spring tail plug 8 is fixed to the limit spring, and is located inside the roller, the spring tail plug movably surrounding the rod, with the peripheral surface of the spring tail plug being an interference fit with an inner surface of the roller. A tension adjusting core (6, fig 3) is provided, which is arranged to the inside of one of the brackets, and contains a plurality of circumferentially spaced notches (61, fig 3) the tension adjusting core being connected with the rod. A rotating plug 7, arranged around the tension adjusting core, includes a punch hole (71, fig 3), through which a locking rod can be inserted into one ofthe notches ofthe tension adjusting core. The locking rod is removable from the notch to release the spring.

Field of the Invention [0001 ] The present invention relates to a spring roller.
Description of the Prior Art [0002] The existing spring roller generally includes a first side bracket, a second side bracket corresponding to the first side bracket, a reel whose both ends are respectively fixed on the first side bracket and the second side bracket, a spring rod arranged in the reel, a limit spring surrounding the spring rod and located inside the reel, and a spring tail plug fixed with the limit spring and located inside the reel, characterized in that, a first end of the spring rod is connected with the first side bracket through a ratchet connecting structure, and the first end of the spring rod is connected with the spring tail plug. The tension of the limit spring is determined by the distance between the spring tail plug and the first side bracket, so that when the entire spring roller is produced, the tension of the limit spring is fixed, and a user cannot adjust or change it as needed. However, for different users, the hand feelings of the tension of the spring roller are different, therefore the spring roller in the prior art needs to be further improved, so that the users can adjust their suitable strength hand feelings according to their own demands, that is, the tension of the limit spring can be adjusted as needed. To this end, the applicant of the patent applies for a spring roller capable of adjusting the tension of a limit spring on February 28, 2014, with a patent number of 201420090112.6, and a rotating wheel of a tension adjusting mechanism is connected with an inner side of a first bracket through a ratchet mechanism in the patent.
Summary of the Invention [0003] A technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a spring roller in view of the prior art, in which a tension adjusting mechanism is different from that in the prior art and can also adjust the tension of a limit spring, [0004] To solve the above technical problem, the spring roller, comprises a first bracket; a second bracket corresponding to the first bracket; a reel, two ends of which are respectively connected with the first bracket and the second bracket; a spring rod having a first end and a second end, arranged in the reel; a limit spring having a first end and a second end, surrounding the spring rod and located inside the reel; and a spring tail plug
-1 fixed with the limit spring and located inside the reel, the spring tail ping movably surrounding the spring rod, the peripheral surface of the spring tail plug being in interference fit with an inner surface of the reel; characterized in that, a tension adjusting core for adjusting the tension of the limit spring is arranged inside the first bracket, a plurality of neck is formed in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core; a rotating plug with a punch hole is arranged around the tension adjusting core, a lock rod which can be inserted into the neck in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core is arranged in the punch hole; and an inner end of the tension adjusting core is connected with the first end of the spring rod, an adjusting plug is connected on a second end of the spring rod, and the peripheral surface of the adjusting plug is in interference fit with the inner surface of the reek

[0011] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages; the tension of the limit spring can be adjusted by rotating and adjusting the tension adjusting core, after the tension of the limit spring is adjusted, the lock rod is inserted into the punch hole in the rotating plug and is clamped in the neck in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core, then the tension of the limit spring can be locked, during the use of a user, the user only needs to retract the lock rod from the neck in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core, therefore, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and no -2ratchet mechanism is needed.

[0016] Fig, 1 - Fig. 2 show a preferred embodiment of a spring roller of the present invention. The spring roller comprises a first bracket 1; a second bracket 2 corresponding to the first bracket 1; a reel 3, two ends of which are respectively connected with the first bracket and the second bracket; a spring rod 4 having a first end and a second end, arranged in the reel; a limit spring 5 having a first end and a second end, surrounding the spring rod 4 and located inside the reel; and a spring tail plug (8) fixed with the limit spring (5) and located inside the reel. A tension adjusting mechanism for adjusting the tension of the limit spring is arranged inside the first bracket, and the limit spring is connected with the first bracket through the tension adjusting mechanism.
[0017] In the embodiment, the tension adjusting mechanism comprises:
[0018] a tension adjusting core 6 arranged inside the first bracket, characterized in that, four necks 61 are formed in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core 6 along the circumferential direction, an inner end of the tension adjusting core 6 is connected with the first end of the spring rod, an adjusting groove is formed in the outer side of the tension adjusting core 6, and the adjusting groove is exposed from an outer end part of a rotating plug 7;
[0019] the rotating plug 7 with a punch hole 71 is arranged around the tension adjusting core 6, characterized in that, the peripheral surface of the rotating plug 7 is in interference fit with the inner surface of the reel.;
[0020] a lock rod 12, which can penetrate through the punch hole 71 in the rotating plug -3 7 and can be clamped in one of the necks 61 in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core, characterized in that, the lock rod 12 can be a pin and can also be a hexagon socket head cap screw;
[0021] an adjusting plug 9 connected on a second end of the spring rod 4, characterized in that, the peripheral surface of the adjusting plug 9 is also in interference fit with the inner surface of the reel; and [0022] a spring head plug 10 arranged on the inner wall of the tension adjusting core 6, characterized in that, the first end of the spring rod 4 is arranged inside the spring head plug 10, the first end of the limit spring 5 is arranged around the outside of the spring head plug 10, while the second end of the limit spring 5 is arranged around the outside of the spring tail plug 8.
[0023] An oil pressure reducing mechanism 11 is arranged on one side of the spring tail plug 8, the structure of the oil pressure reducing mechanism 11 is the same as that of the oil pressure reducing mechanism with a patent number of 201420090112.6, and thus will not be described herein in detail.
[0024] A limit screw 21 corresponding to the tension adjusting mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the second bracket 2, and an adjusting nut 22 is arranged at the outside of the limit screw 21. The limit screw 21 can limit the stretching of the limit spring 5 to make it in place. The second bracket is adjusted by the adjusting nut 22 and is arbitrarily adjusted according to the hem length after the shutter is tightened according to the requirements of customers, [0025] An external force is applied to the adjusting groove of the tension adjusting core, the tension adjusting core 6 rotates with the external force, at this time, the tension adjusting core 6 drives the spring rod 4 to rotate, the spring rod 4 drives the adjusting plug 9 to rotate, the outer wall of the adjusting plug 9 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the reel, so the adjusting plug can drive the reel to rotate, a rotating ring 3 which is rotating can drive the spring tail plug 8 to move along the longitudinal direction of the spring rod 4, accordingly the distance between the spring tail plug 8 and the first bracket can be adjusted by rotating the tension adjusting core 6, both ends of the limit spring 5 are respectively fixed on the spring head plug 10 and the spring tail plug 8, the spring head plug 10 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the reel, and thus the tension of the limit spring 5 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the limit spring 5; and after the tension of the limit spring 5 is adjusted, the lock rod 12 is inserted into the punch hole in the rotating plug and is clamped in the neck in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core, then the tension of
-4the limit spring can be locked, during the use of the user, the user only needs to retract the lock rod from the neck in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core, therefore, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and no ratchet mechanism is needed.
Claims (7)
1. A spring roller, comprising: a first bracket (1);
a second bracket (2) corresponding to the first bracket(l);
a reel (3), two ends of which are respectively connected with the first bracket (1) and the second bracket (2);
a spring rod (4) having a first end and a second end, arranged in the reel (3); a limit spring (5) having a first end and a second end, surrounding the spring rod (4) and located inside the reel (3); and a spring tail plug (8) fixed with the limit spring (5) and located inside the reel (3), the spring tail plug (8) movably surrounding the spring rod (4), the peripheral surface of the spring tail plug (8) being in interference fit with an inner surface of the reel (3);
characterized in that, a tension adjusting core (6) for adjusting the tension of the limit spring (5) is arranged inside the first bracket (1), a plurality of neck (61) is formed in the outer wall ofthe tension adjusting core (6);
a rotating plug (7) with a punch hole (71) is arranged around the tension adjusting core (6), a lock rod (12) which can be inserted into the neck (61) in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core (6) is arranged in the punch hole (71); and an inner end of the tension adjusting core (6) is connected with the first end of the spring rod (4), an adjusting plug (9) is connected on a second end of the spring rod (4), and the peripheral surface of the adjusting plug (9) is in interference fit with the inner surface of the reel (3).
2. The spring roller according to claim 1, characterized in that, the peripheral surface ofthe rotating plug (7) is also in interference fit with the inner surface ofthe reel (3).
3. The spring roller according to claim 1, characterized in that, multiple necks (61) are formed in the outer wall of the tension adjusting core (6) respectively at intervals along the circumferential direction ofthe tension adjusting core (6).

The spring roller according to claim 1, characterized in that, a spring head plug (10) is arranged on the inner wall of the tension adjusting core (6), the first end of the spring rod (4) is arranged inside the spring head plug (10), the first end of the limit spring (5) is arranged around the outside of the spring head plug (10), while the second end ofthe limit spring (5) is arranged around the outside of the spring tail plug (8).
5. The spring roller according to claim 1, characterized in that, a limit screw (21) corresponding to the tension adjusting mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the
-6second bracket (2), and an adjusting nut (22) is arranged at the outside of the limit screw (21).
6. The spring roller according to claim 1, characterized in that, an adjusting groove is formed in the outer side of the tension adjusting core (6), and the adjusting groove is exposed from an outer end part of the rotating plug (7).
7. The spring roller according to claim 1, characterized in that, an oil pressure reducing mechanism (11) is arranged on one side of the spring tail plug (8),
