Abstract
A scan pulse shift register for an LCD panel comprises a pull-up transistor T5 which is enabled by T1 to conduct the clock pulse C1 to the row conductor output. Two pull-down transistors T6,T7 are alternately enabled when the output is low so that gate voltage stress on the transistors T6,T7 is reduced. Clock feedthrough to the gate of T5 via CGD is compensated by an opposite clock feedthrough via the compensating capacitor CC.
