Abstract
A conveniently removable toilet cover board connection device, comprising: a positioning piece (10), connecting with a toilet, wherein an annular groove (11) is disposed on a side surface of the positioning piece (10); a support base (20), hinge-connected to a cover board, wherein a sleeve hole (221) is disposed at the bottom of the support base (20) and is vertically sleeved with the positioning piece (10), a groove hole (222) is disposed on a hole wall, corresponding to the annular groove, of the sleeve hole (221), and a plughole (211) is disposed on one side of the bottom of the support base (20) and communicates with the sleeve hole (221) and the groove hole (222); a push-button (30), mounted at the plughole (211); a spring (40), fixed between the push-button (30) and the support base (20); and a buckling foot (31), disposed on a side edge of the push-button (30), inserted into the plughole (211), and capable of entering or leaving the groove hole (222) so as to lock or unlock the annular groove (11) of the positioning piece (10). The support base (20) is sleeved with the positioning piece (10), and the buckling foot (31) clamps and locks the annular groove (11), so that the cover board is connected with the toilet. The push-button (30) is pushed to form self locking on the support base (20), and meanwhile the buckling foot (31) withdraws from the sleeve hole (221) and the annular groove (11), so that the positioning piece (10) can be pulled out of the sleeve hole (221), the cover board is separated from the toilet, and the push-button can be repositioned automatically. For the present utility model, the structure is simple, and the positioning piece is connected only at the toilet, so the toilet is convenient for scrubbing.

1 CONVENIENTLY REMOVABLE TOILET COVER BOARD 2 CONNECTION DEVICE
3 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
4 1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a toilet and a toilet cover board 6 connecting device thereof, and particularly a conveniently removable toilet 7 cover board connecting device that are prone to disassembly and assembly.
8 2. Description of the Prior Arts
9 Currently there are two most common manners of connection between a toilet and a cover board, which are plugboard type and cotterel type. CN 11 Patent No. CN2O 13241 97Y discloses a connection structure of a toilet and a 12 cover board including a base 1 disposed on the toilet and a cover 2 connected 13 movably to the cover board. The two end of the base 1 has a slide groove 11 14 mounted downward. The cover 2 has a hooking bar 21 capable of inserted into the slide groove 11. The base 1 further has a fastening structure 12 that prevent 16 the cover 2 from moving transversely relative to the base 1 after the hooking 17 bar 21 is inserted. Such phtgboard type of connection has some disadvantages, 18 like the structures of the base 1 and the cover 2 are complicated and hard to 19 clean, and the area of the base 1 located in the bathroom is too large to maintain the appearance of the bathroom. Furthermore, CN Patent No. 21 CN2O 1500071 U discloses a installation bracket of a cover board including a 22 spindle 1, a bearer 2, a colunrn 3 and a button mechanism 4; the bearer 2 23 installed in toilet also has a colunrn 3, and the colunrn 3 can be inserted into the 24 radial through hole of the spindle 1; the button mechanism 4 capable of locking 1 or unlocking the connection between the bearer 2 and the spindle 1 is mounted 2 on the spindle; the principle of the operation of the installation bracket is: The 3 fixed connection of the bearer 2 on the toilet and the spindle 1 in the cover 4 board is performed by inserting the colunm 3 into the radial through hole of the spindle 1 and using the button mechanism 4 to lock the column 3 which is 6 inserted into the radial through hole of the spindle 1. 11 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
12 To solve the foregoing problems, the present invention is to provide a 13 conveniently removable toilet cover board connecting device.
14 A conveniently removable toilet cover board connecting device in accordance with the present invention is provided and comprising: 16 a positioning piece connected to a toilet and having an annular groove 17 formed on the side wall thereof 18 an support base articulated with the cover board and having a sleeve 19 hole formed on the bottom thereof, a groove hole formed on the wall of the sleeve hole corresponding to the annular groove and a plughole formed on the 21 side of the support base and interconnected to the sleeve hole and the groove 22 hole; 23 a push-button mounted in the plugholc, and a spring mounted between 24 the push-button and the support base; buckling feet formed on the side of the 1 push-button and capable of being inserted into or removed out of the plughole 2 for locking or unlocking the annular groove of the positioning piece.
3 The bottom of the support base has a cyclic tube ring formed centrally 4 therein and a square tube ring formed around the cyclic tube ring, and the plughole with strip shape is mounted on the a side of the wall of the square tube 6 ring, and the push-button is mounted on the plughole with strip shape; the 7 sleeve hole is located in the center of the cyclic tube ring, and the cyclic tube 8 ring has two arc groove holes mounted at the side wall of the cyclic tube ring 9 corresponding to two ends of the plughole.
The two arc buckling feet are fixed on two sides of the push-button, 11 and the two buckling feet are inserted into the plughole and located between 12 the cyclic tube ring and the square tube ring and around the cyclic tube ring; 13 the buckling feet has a fastening end; the fastening end is moved from the arc 14 groove hole out of the sleeve hole and the annular groove of the positioning piece as the push-button displaces forward, the fastening end is moved from the 16 arc groove hole into the sleeve hole and fastened at the annular groove of the 17 positioning piece as the push-button displaces backward.
18 The push-button has a resilient clasp mounted therein and having an 19 arrow end, the inner wall of the square tube ring below the plughole is used for the resilient clasp to hook with and then the push-button is mounted on the 21 installation margin of the plughole; the cyclic tube ring has a yield aperture 22 corresponding to the resilient clasp, the wall of the cyclic tube ring above the 23 yield aperture has a locking margin used for the resilient clasp to hook with; the 24 stroke that the resilient clasp is hooked with the installation margin is longer 1 that the stroke that the buckling foot is removed out of the sleeve hole as the 2 positioning piece is inserted into the sleeve hole.
3 The fastening end at the end of the buckling foot has an arc inclined 4 plane at the bottom inside thereof, and the top face of the positioning piece has a chamfer round face.
6 The positioning piece has an adjusting hole with long strip shape 7 mounted thereon and used for receiving bolts that is inserted to be connected to 8 the toilet.
9 Accordingly, the positioning piece is connected fixedly to the toilet.
The support base is articulated movably to the cover board. The sleeve hole at 11 the bottom of the support base is pressed down to the positioning piece. The 12 chamfer round face on the positioning piece is butted against the inclined plane 13 at the bottom of the fastening end of the buckling feet of the push-push-button.
14 Thus, the fastening end passes through the buckling foot to drive the push-push-button displace forward, and the spring is compressed. When the 16 fastening end is moved out of the sleeve hole and the positioning piece is 17 inserted into the sleeve hole, the annular groove of the positioning piece is 18 aligned with the groove hole, and the push-button is moved back to the original 19 position under the resilience of the spring, and the fastening end of the buckling foot is inserted to the annular groove to lock the positioning piece and to finish 21 the rapid connection between the support base and the positioning piece, such 22 that the cover board and the toilet can be connected together rapidly. The an-ow 23 end of the push-button and the resilient clasp is fastened to the locking margin 24 in the sleeve hole. The spring is compressed. The fastening end is moved out of 1 the sleeve hole to unlock the annular groove of the positioning piece, such that 2 the cover board is pulled upward to perform the separation of the support base 3 and the positioning piece and achieve the objective of the rapid disassembly of 4 the cover board and the toilet. During the separation of the support base and the positioning piece, the arrow end of the resilient clasp is compressed by the 6 annular groove of the positioning piece to separate from the locking margin.
7 Under the resilience of the spring, the arrow end of the resilient clasp is moved 8 back to the installation margin, and the push-button is moved back. The 9 fastening end of the buckling foot of the push-button is moved back and located in the sleeve hole for the rapid connection between the cover board and 11 the toilet next time.
12 The advantages of the present invention are such that the sleeve hole at 13 the bottom of the support base is mated with the positioning piece and the 14 buckling feet of the push-button is operated automatically to lock the annular groove of the positioning piece, to perform the rapid connection between the 16 cover board and the toilet; the push-button is pressed to make itself lock on the 17 support base, the buckling feet of the push-button is removed out of the sleeve 18 hole and the annular groove that allow the positioning piece to be pulled out of 19 the sleeve hole of the support base and perform the rapid disassembly of the cover board and the toilet; moreover, as the cover board is separated from the 21 toilet, the push-button can be moved back; the structure of the connection 22 device of the present invention is simple and prone to clean the toilet as long as 23 the positioning piece is connected to the toilet.

16 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS 17 The present invention is more specifically described in the following 18 paragraphs by reference to the drawings attached only by way of example.
19 With reference to Fig. 1 to 3, a conveniently removable toilet cover board connecting device of the present comprises a positioning piece 10 21 connected to a toilet, an support base 20 articulated with the cover board, a 22 push-button 30 mounted on the side of the suppoi-t base 20 and a spring 40 23 mounted between the support base 20 and the push-button 30.
24 With reference to Fig. 1 to 3, Fig. 4B and Fig. 4C, the positioning piece 1 10 has an annular groove 11 formed on the side wall thereof, a chamfer round 2 face 12 form on the edge of the top face thereof, an adjusting hole 13 with long 3 strip shape mounted thereon for receiving inserted bolts to connected the toilet.
4 The support base 20 has a cyclic tube ring 22 formed centrally at the bottom thereof and a square tube ring 21 formed around the cyclic tube ring 22. The 6 pllughole 211 with strip shape is mounted on the a side of the wall of the square 7 tube ring 21. The push-button 30 is mounted in the plughole 211 with strip 8 shape; the sleeve hole 211 is located in the center of the cyclic tube ring 22, and 9 the cyclic tube ring 22 has two arc groove holes 222 mounted at the side wall of the cyclic tube ring 22 corresponding to two ends of the plughole 211. Two 11 arc buckling foot 31 are disposed on two sides of the push-button 30. The two 12 buckling foot 314 are inserted into the plughole 211 and located between the 13 cyclic tube ring 22 and the square tube ring 21 and around the cyclic tube ring 14 22. The buckling foot 31 have two fastening end 311 respectively. Each of the fastening end 311 has an arc inclined plane 312 at the bottom inside thereof and 16 butt against the chamfer round face 12. The push-button 30 has a resilient clasp 17 32 mounted therein and having an arrow end 321. The inner wall of the square 18 tube ring 21 below the plughole 211 is used for the resilient clasp 32 to hook 19 with and then the push-button 30 is mounted on the installation margin 212 of the plughole 211. The cyclic tube ring 22 has a yield aperture 223 21 corresponding to the resilient clasp 32. The wall of the cyclic tube ring 22 22 above the yield aperture 223 has a locking margin 224 used for the resilient 23 clasp 32 to hook with. The stroke that the resilient clasp 32 is hooked with the 24 installation margin 212 is longer that the stroke that the buckling foot 31 are 1 removed out of the sleeve hole 221 as the positioning piece 10 is inserted into 2 the sleeve hole 221, and the positioning piece 10 can expand outward and 3 deform resiliently upon removing the buckling foot 3 1 out of the sleeve hole 4 221.
S With reference to Fig. SB and SC, the push-button 30 is move forward 6 to make the arrow 321 of the resilient clasp 32 fasten the locking margin 224 of 7 the sleeve hole 221, such that the push-button is locked by itself, and the 8 fastening ends 311 of the buckling foot 31 are moved from the arc groove holes 9 222 out of the sleeve hole 221 and thc annular groove 11 of the positioning piece 10 to unlock the secure connection between the buckling foot 31 and the 11 positioning piece 10. Then, the positioning piece 10 and the support base t 20 12 are separated. As the push-button 30 is moved back, the fastening end 311 is 13 moved from the arc groove hole 222 into the sleeve hole to located fixedly in 14 the annular groove 11 of the positioning piece 10, that is, the fastening ends 311 of the buckling foot 31 are connected securely with the positioning piece 16 and the support base 20 and the positioning piece 10 cannot separated.
17 With reference to Fig. 2 and Fig. 6C, the push-button 30 is fastened to 18 the spring 40. The buckling foot 31 of the push-button 30 are inserted into the 19 plughole 211 on the side wall of the support base 20. The upper part of the arrow 321 of the resilient clasp 32 of the push-button 30 is fastened to the 21 installation margin 212 on the inner wall of the square tube ring 21 below the 22 plughole 211, such that the push-button is mounted in the plughole 211 of the 23 support base 20, and the spring 40 is fixed between the support base 20 and the 24 push-button 30. The fastening ends 311 of the buckling foot 31 at the two sides 1 of the push-button 30 respectively are located in the arc groove holes 222 of the 2 cyclic tube ring 22 and protruding into the sleeve hole 221.
3 As shown in Fig. 7, the cover board is articulated with the support base, 4 and then connected to the toilet by insert through the adjusting hole 13 of the positioning piece 10 (not shown).
6 The principles and the specific embodiments of the present invention 7 are described in detail below.
8 As shown in Fig. 4A to 4C and Fig. 6C, as the cover board 50 and the 9 toilet are needed to be connected and assembled, the positioning piece 10 is put into the sleeve hole 221 of the support base 20 and the support base 20 is 11 pressed downward. The chamfer round face 12 of the positioning piece 10 is 12 compressed upward against the arc inclined plane 312 at the bottom of each of 13 the fastening end 311 of the buckling foot. The component force of pressure on 14 each of the fastening end 311 allows that one side of each of the fastening end 311 moved out of the sleeve hole 221 and another side is deformed outward.
16 Each of the fastening end 311 drives the corresponding buckling foot 31 to 17 move forward at the same time, but the arrow 321 of the resilient clasp 32 the 18 push-button 30 move away the installation margin 212 and not reach to the 19 locking margin 224 yet. The spring 40 is compressed by the push-button 30. As the positioning piece 10 is totally put into the sleeve hole of the support base, 21 the annular groove 11 of the positioning piece 10 is yielded to each of the 22 fastening end 311 of the buckling foot 31. The push-button 30 is move back 23 under the resilience of the spring 40. Each of the fastening end 311 of the 24 buckling foot 31 at the ends of the push-button 30 is fastened into the annular 1 groove 11 of the positioning piece 10, that is, the positioning piece 10 is locked 2 by the buckling foot 31, and the support base 20 and the positioning piece 10 3 are connected securely and quickly to perform the rapid connection between 4 the cover board 50 and the toilet.
As shown in Fig. 5A to SC, as the cover board and the toilet are need to 6 disassembled, the push-button 30 in the plughole 211 of the support base 20 is 7 stopped moving. The spring 10 is compressed by the push-button 30. As the 8 arrow 321 of the resilient clasp 32 of the push-button 30 is moved away from 9 the installation margin 212 and fastened to the locking margin 224, the push-button 30 is locked by itself on the support base 20. The arrow 321 of the 11 resilient clasp 32 protrudes into the sleeve hole 221 and the annular 11 of the 12 positioning piece 10. The positioning piece 10 locked by the buckling foot 31 is 13 unlocked by the fastening ends 311 of the buckling foot 31 via being moved 14 out of the annular groove 11 and the sleeve hole 221 of the support base 20 through the groove holes 222, such that the positioning piece 10 and the 16 support base 20 are detachable with each other. As shown in Fig. 6A to Fig. 6C, 17 the cover board 50 is pulled up directly to make the support base 20 move 18 upward. The sleeve hole 221 of the support base 20 is separated from the 19 positioning piece 10 to perform the rapid disassembly of the toilet and the cover board 50. The arrow 321 is pressed by the annular groove 11 of the 21 positioning piece 10. The resilient clasp 32 is bended and deformed downward 22 at the yield aperture 223 that allows the arrow 321 separated from the locking 23 margin 224 to unlock the resilient clasp 32 locked by the locking margin 224.
24 The push-button 30 is moved back under the resilience of the spring 40. As 1 shown in Fig. 4A and Fig. 6C, the buckling foot 31 and the fastening ends 311 2 of the buckling foot 31 are moved back, and the fastening ends 311 are located 3 in the sleeve hole 211 to be ready for next operation.
