Abstract

A rocking collar 10 for an umbilical termination assembly that includes a plurality of umbilical elements 2a, 2b extending from an umbilical 1 and passing through a bulkhead plate 3 is claimed. The collar 10 includes at least a curved surface 12 and a spaced face 14, and wherein the collar 10 is able to fit around an umbilical element, 2a, 2b to align the longitudinal axis of the umbilical element with a plane of the spaced face 14 for subsequent conjoining. The curved surface 12 is able to abut the bulkhead plate 3.
