Abstract

Disposable feet protectors that are suitable for external use comprise a sole 3 and an upper in the form of a boot leg 2 the boot leg includes an advertising space 1 for an advertisement 1A.

Description

Single use disposable feet protectors with advertising purpose for external use This invention satisfies a need, which appears at the time, when tired with wearing high heeled shoes women (ladies), come back home from pubs, night clubs or restaurants. If they do not have a spare pair of more comfortable shoes, they usually end up (come back) barefoot. This fact is connected with obvious threats such as: cuts, foot injures, frozen feet or damage of the piece of clothing like tights, stockings, etc. The solution to this problem is invention of single use disposable feet protectors for external use, which at the same time are used for protection and advertisement purposes. The advertisement function is important taking into account the influence on the final price of the product and the choice of medium distribution, which could be the companies producing alcohols, soft drinks, cigarettes, etc. The protective function is provided by the use of necessary materials in the production of the product. In the sample (example) which I have made and tested I have used waterproof flizeline weighting 40g1/m2 and the impregnated natural cork with the thickness of 3mm for the sole of the shoe. Such protectors will provide safe protection against dampness and mechanical damage injures for few hours, if I secure the sole, covering it from underneath with a thin layer of Indian rubber, rubber or silicone. These products increase the chances of safe use for two-three times in both cases, the durability of the protectors is efficient enough to get safely home. Taking into account the anatomy of the human foot the sole of the protector has got a standard shape, the same as the boot leg protecting the calf. The protectors are made from environmentally friendly materials like impregnated flizeline or cellulose fibre covered in PVC or with other type of impregnation, for example from impregnated linen or cotton fibre, from which the boot leg is made. (2) Considering the advertising purpose of the invention the materials used for the construction of the boot leg, are specially chosen so any printing or design on its surface is easy and cheap. The sole (3) can be made from different materials such as: -Sewn together or glued together layers of linen or cotton fabric (fibre), coca-nut fibre, sizol, cardboard, paper, natural cork, thin leather, waterproof (impregnated) felt or -Rubber, Indian rubber, PVC or the mixture of mentioned above products.
The protector can be sewn or glued, it can also have supporting elements (4) like: Tighteners, zips, velcro, laces. The materials used for the construction provide comfort. It will be available in three most common Uk sizes 6, 7, 8. At the same time the protector is for single use because the used materials provide limited durability.
