Abstract

A preformed handle has loops at either end that enable the handles of plastic bags and other similar packages to be carried more comfortable in the hand. The closeness of the loops to the main body serves to keep the handles of the bags carried within the loops even when the bags are at rest. <IMAGE>

    AND ANDLE.
This invention relates to a handle for carrying plastic shopping bags..
When carrying plastic shopping bags which are laden with heavy shopping, the thin plastic handles of the bag will cut into a persons hand, making it very uncomfortable for the shopper to carry the bag for any lenth of time without resting the hand.
This invention provides a polypropylene handle which is designed to fit comfortably into the hand. The handles of the plastic shopping bags are slipped over the loops of the aarrying handle, enabling the shopper to carry the shopping in complete comfort. The loops also have a facility for retaining the handles of the plastic bag without slipping when the user puts the shopping bag down, the handles will remain attsched unless manually released. The handle can be used with a number of plastic shopping bags at any one time.
One of its many good points is that due to its size and shape the ANDY ANDLE can easily be slipped into a pocket or handbag when not in use.
