Abstract
A switch (FET) connected between two voltage sources (V1, V2) and responsive to a sensing circuit (18). The switch (FET) includes a transistor (FET) which operates to interchange the electrical connection of the two voltage sources (V1, V2) from parallel to series upon the sensing circuit signals the need for more voltage. The two sources (V1, V2) are normally in parallel to increase the cost efficiency and energy efficiency of the amplifier and power supply.
