Abstract

A vehicle security device (26) comprises a plate (27) hinged as its front edge and hingedly attached to a plate (30) which has two slots (31, 33) through which a hasp (32) can project. In a first position (figure 3) the hasp (32) projects through slot (31) and is locked in position by means of a padlock engaging the hasp (32). In this position access to pedals (10) is barred. In a second position (figure 5) the hasp projects through slot (33), plates (27, 30) to present a smooth surface to a driver's feet. <IMAGE>
