Abstract
225,723. Lawson, G. R. W. Jan. 16, 1924. Mazes.-A maze consists wholly or in part of a number of rotatable doors arranged in such a manner as to provide a number of routes between the entrance and objective points. The doors a, which rotate freely on spindles b, are enclosed within cylindrical walls c which are so arranged that a person leaving one enclosure enters directly into another. Mirrors e may be fixed to some of the walls and the doors may be composed of mirrors or plain glass. Some of the enclosures may be separated by passages g, h, which have doors i that can only be opened when a particular rotating door closes an electrical contact j. Various arrangements, under control of the attendant, may be used for locking all or any of the doors, and the door may also be rotated by power instead of by the persons passing through them.
