Abstract

The present invention relates to fungicides and provides a fungicidal composition useful in agricultural and horticulture comprising as active ingredients 4-methylsulfonyl- oxy-phenyl-N-methylthiolcarbamate (I> <IMAGE> and 3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazol (II). <IMAGE> These active ingredients are generally mixed with at least one adjuvant. A method for controlling soil borne plant diseases is also described and which is characterized by using the above-named active ingredients.
