Abstract

1532625 Cabinets ALFA FURNITURE Ltd 26 Jan 1976 [11 Nov 1974] 48773/74 Heading A4B A cupboard 1 or like unit is secured to a wall and includes a top, front part 4 to which is secured an overlapping panel 3 for covering the gap between the ceiling C and the top of the cupboard 1, the panel 3 being mounted for vertical displacement so that it may be raised to a position in which it engages the ceiling and is releasably secured in this position. The panel 3 includes a pair of vertically extending slots 7 of T-shaped cross-section, each slot 7 slidably receiving the head 6 of a bolt 5 passing through an associated aperture in the top part 4. The bolt 5 carries a wing nut 9 which is tightened to clamp the panel 3 in its operative position. The upper edge of the panel 3 carries a resilient strip 8.
