Abstract

The device has a handle (13) which is connected to a housing (11). The latter has two lateral projections (14) which contain the bearings for a foam-producing cylinder (15). Arranged in the housing (11) is a supply container (12) for a liquid cleaning agent to be foamed. The supply container (12) is displaceable along the handle (13) and can be raised by actuating an angle lever (23) arranged on the grip (24) of the handle. A valve on the supply container (12) is thus opened so that the cleaning liquid can flow onto the foam-producing cylinder (15). The device has few single parts which are mostly made of plastic. Consequently, it can be manufactured and assembled at low cost. <IMAGE>
