1505075 Multispindle lathes WICKMAN MACHINE TOOL SALES Ltd 19 May 1975 [4 June 1974] 25278/74 Heading B3T In a multispindle lathe which has a rotary indexable spindle drum 14 located in a drum housing 17 supported in the machine frame 10, 11, the housing is provided with a plurality of bearing pads 18 which support the spindle drum. The pads are individually secured to the housing and are adjustable to effect alignment of the spindle drum by way of shims inserted between them and the housing. The pads are located and secured by dowels and bolts.
