Abstract

1504817 Printed circuit assemblies INVENTIO AG 1 July 1976 [7 July 1975] 27471/76 Heading H1R An electrical assembly 1 comprises a printed circuit board 2 with terminals 3, 4 at both ends thereof soldered for electrical connection to the conductor paths, with a relay 5 disposed therebetween. A hood 6 of, e.g. resilient synthetic material covers the relay and is retained by cams 6.3 at the inner sides of its walls 6.1, 6.2 engaging recesses 5.1 of the relay yoke, which are disengageable by compression of the side walls. The assembly is mounted on an, e.g. metal carrier rail 7 engaged by mounting members 8, 9 having parallel slots 10, 11 therein engaging in-turned limbs 7.1, 7.2 of rail 7 for longitudinal displacement; the members 8, 9 being provided with other slots 12, 13 of their sides which engage opposed rectangular recesses of the printed circuit board. The members may be pressed together and clamped by screws to lock the printed circuit board to the rail and embrace the opposed side walls of the hood.
