Spring 100 acting between washers 96, 98 on shaft portion 76 returns the shaft 78 to the position shown in Fig. 2. Further sealing arrangements for partition means 24 include a circular rib 40 which engages the inside wall of rim 17. Tabs 38 on flange 32 of partition means 24 (Fig. 6) may be provided and are engaged by ribs 42 in the secured position of the cover member but rest on portions 44a Fig. 2A of L-shaped projection 44 on cover member 12 when it is removed from the container, removal of the partition means from the cover member being achieved by partial rotation, so that it disengages from projections 44.
