Abstract
1415767 Hydraulic control circuits ORENSTEIN & KOPPEL AG 9 Aug 1973 [19 Aug 1972] 37887/73 Heading F1P In the circuit shown, in which a winch 6 is driven by a motor 3 and a pump 1 and held by a brake 7 when the pump is switched off, an accumulator 10 provides a high pressure supply on restarting the winch to prevent it running back under load when the brake is disengaged. Moving a control lever to start the motor 1 operates a valve 14 so that control fluid opens a valve 9 to connect the accumulator 10 to the motor 3 and passes through an adjustable throttle 12 to release the brake 7.
