Abstract

1310150 Flux coated welding rod LENINGRADSKY METALLICHESKY ZAVOD IMENI XXII SIEZDA K PSS AND URALSKY POUTEKHNICHESKY INSTITUT 19 Nov 1970 55009/70 Heading C7M [Also in Division B3] A welding rod is made of a dispersion hardening alloy steel whose major constituent is Fe coated with a flux containing in weight per cent 10-30 CaCO 3 , 50-80 CaF 2 , 2-4 Al, 2-8 Fe and optionally 0À1-6 FeMo and 0À1-6 Cr. The flux is mixed with sodium silicate binder and applied to the rod by extrusion. The following steel rods are disclosed in per cent weight
