1302719 Coating with metal by hot dipping JOHN LYSAGHT (AUSTRALIA) Ltd 29 May 1970 [5 June 1969] 25883/70 Heading C7F [Also in Division B2] In the stripping of excess coating material, e.g. molten metal, paint or glue, from a continuous strip by means of a jet of e.g. air or steam, the distance between the strip and the jet nozzle is not greater than four times the distance over which the "peak dynamic pressure" of the jet is constant. The "peak dynamic pressure" is defined as the highest total pressure in the stream. The product may be a galvanized steel strip. The nozzle for the jet may have a diffusing screen 8.
