Abstract

1393190 Valves CONTROLS COMPANY OF AMERICA 8 Nov 1973 [20 Nov 1972] 51861/73 Heading F2V [Also in Division G3] A pilot-operated valve assembly (see Division G3), has a filter screen 52 located within piston valve member 22 and between inlets 24 and a bleed 54 leading to pilot pressure chamber 80. A felt wiper 48 keeps pilot valve actuating pin 44 free from dirt. Webs (86), Fig. 2 (not shown), between circumferential outlet slots 76 in cylinder wall 16 are relieved at 84 to prevent dirt accumulation thereat.
