Abstract

1342895 Collapsible trollies CAXTONIA Ltd 19 April 1971 [3 March 1970] 10080/70 Heading B7B A transporter comprises a wheeled base 1 carrying uprights 3a which pivotally support shelves 4 for individual movement between a horizontal and an upright position. The hinge brackets (5), Fig. 2 (not shown) are cranked to receive the frame immediately there below. The shelves which may be of sheet metal may be retained in their horizontal position by means of attached supporting legs which rest on the shelf below or alternatively a further pair of uprights 3b may have stops 6 to be engaged by support elements 7 on the frames. The shelves may be partitioned by transverse bars or strips which engage slots along opposed upturned rims of the shelves or by bars with depending pins which engage selected holes in the shelves. The vertical distance between any pair of shelves may be varied.
