The pitch of the helix, which may define a cylinder or a cone is preferably 4 cms whilst not being less than 1 1/3 cms. The filament 1 which may be either solid or tubular is about 1000 mm long with a diameter of 2.5 mm whilst the paraboloid body has a diameter and length of the order of 15mm. The helical portion is about 5cm long and has a diameter of 7-8 mm. The filament is enlarged into a conical tip 4 at its end.
