1,135,064. Silver halide materials. GENERAL ANALINE & FILM CORP. Jan.18, 1966 [Feb.26, 1965], No.2294/66. Heading G2C. Silver halide materials contain in a silver halide emulsion or adjacent layer as anti-bronzing agent at least 0À5g. of (3, 3<SP>1</SP>)- or (4, 4<SP>1</SP>)- dicarboxydiphenyl disulphide or water-soluble salt thereof per mole of silver halide. Reference is also made to the use of smaller amounts of these and of the (2, 2<SP>1</SP>)- compound as antifoggants.
