Abstract

1,131,908. Feeding sheets. J. BOBST ET FILS S.A. 21 March, 1967 [22 March, 1966], No. 13119/67. Heading B6B. Sheets are fed from a stack 11, Fig. 3, by a reciprocating member 8, 9, Figs. 2 and 3, having suction ports 15 lying in grooves 14 extending from the front of the member, which engages the bottom sheet and moves it beneath a stop plate 12 having a chamfered lower edge, air being blown from nozzles 19 into the grooves to prevent double feed.
