[Also in Division F4] Prior to filling a refrigerator door with foamed polyurethane, a vent pipe 7 having gas permeable but foam impermeable walls is located so as to extend to points where gas is likely to be trapped by advancing foam. A number of pipes leading to a common vent may be provided. The pipes are formed of woven glass fibre, and are bonded in place upon curing of the foam.
