Abstract

1,140,187. Checking watchmen. TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET L. M. ERICSSON. 22 June, 1967 [23 June, 1966], No. 28962/67. Heading G4T. A supervisory system for watchmen comprises a control station 3 containing a radio receivertransmitter and data processing apparatus, a watchman's station 2 comprising a radio receiver-transmitter for sending out a code signal identifying the watchman, and a plurality of checkpoints 5, 6, 7 for making the watchman's station send out a code signal identifying the checkpoint, the data processing apparatus being adapted to process the code signals generated by the watchman's station and sound an alarm if the signals are delayed by more than a predetermined time interval. Each checkpoint comprises a plug arranged to cooperate with a coding arrangement on the watchman's receiver-transmitter.
