Abstract

A fungicidal composition comprises at least one glycine derivative of the general formula:- R-NH-CH2-COOR1 in which R is an ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl or isobutyl radical and R1 is a hydrogen atom or R is an allyl or 2-hydroxyethyl radical, and R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl radical, and/or at least one salt of said glycine derivative, in admixture with a solid diluent or carrier, or in admixture with an organic solvent containing an emulsifier and/or dispersant capable of forming a stable emulsion when diluted with water, or in admixture with water containing an emulsifier and/or dispersant and optionally containing an auxiliary solvent. The composition may be in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate, spray powder, paste, soluble powder, dusting agent and granulate. Non-ionic and anionic emulsifiers are specified.
