Abstract

Cordon présentant un diamètre extérieur équivalent (d) compris entre 1 mm et 3,5 mm et constitué d’un cœur (18) sous la forme d’un fil, et d’une gaine (20) recouvrant le cœur sur toute sa longueur,le cœur étant constitué - d’un ensemble de particules inorganiques (22) dont la taille médiane (D50) est inférieure à 10 micromètres, les particules inorganiques représentant plus de 40% et moins de 80% du volume du cœur ; et - d’une matrice (24) liant lesdites particules inorganiques, la matrice comportant un liant polymère et optionnellement un lubrifiant de matrice, représentant ensemble plus de 90% du volume de la matrice ;la gaine présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 50 µm et 500 µm et comportant un polymère et de préférence un lubrifiant de gaine représentant ensemble plus de 90% du volume de la gaine, les pourcentages volumiques étant déterminés sans tenir compte de la présence éventuel d’un solvant.
