Abstract
La présente invention concerne un alliage à base de nickel, comprenant en pourcentage massique : - 14,5 à 21,5 % de chrome ; - 0,8 à 5,1 % de molybdène ; - 1,5 à 2,5 % d’aluminium ; - 3,2 à 4,4 % de titane ; - 0,01 à 0,10 % de carbone ; - 0,003 à 0,02 % de bore ; et - 0,01 à 0,10 % de zirconium. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce en l’alliage à base de nickel, le procédé comprenant : - l’élaboration d’une billette dont la composition est celle de l’alliage à base de nickel ; - la mise en forme de la pièce ; et - le traitement thermique de la pièce.
