La présente invention concerne un procédé biologique d’obtention d’un monomère MO comprenant une insaturation éthylénique par bioconversion d’un composé CN comprenant au moins une fonction nitrile, ledit composé CN étant au moins en partie d’origine renouvelable et non fossile, ledit procédé biologique comprenant au moins une étape de bioconversion par voie enzymatique du composé CN en présence d’un biocatalyseur comprenant au moins une enzyme.
