Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de fermeture pour récipient, en particulier de bouteille, comprenant notamment un élément rigide de support (1), un corps (2) concourant et intégrant l’élément rigide de support, ledit élément rigide de support (1) étant venu d’une seule pièce, de forme cylindrique et comprend selon l’axe longitudinale une partie supérieure (3) et une partie inférieure (4), ladite partie inférieure étant fermée et fait face à l’intérieur du récipient, un bouclier d’étanchéité (5) disposé sur la partie inférieure du dispositif de fermeture et recouvrant la partie inférieure dudit dispositif, la forme du bouclier étant complémentaire à la forme de la partie inférieure du dispositif de fermeture, ledit élément rigide de support (1) étant en polymère à haute rigidité, ledit corps (2) étant en élastomère thermoplastique, et ledit bouclier d’étanchéité (5) étant en polymère. La présente invention trouve une application dans le domaine des dispositifs de fermeture pour récipients, en particulier des récipients alimentaires notamment de bouteilles, par exemple de vin.
