La présente invention concerne un outil de contrôle (4) de l’inclinaison d’un écrou (3) serti dans un orifice (20) d’une bride (2) d’une pièce de turbomachine (1), en particulier d’aéronef, cet outil (4) comportant : - un corps de préhension et de manipulation (5) de l’outil, ce corps présentant un axe (O) qui est destiné à être vertical lorsque l’outil (4) est positionné sur la bride (2), - une pige (6) alignée sur l’axe (O) et située à une première extrémité (51) du corps, cette pige (6) étant configurée pour être engagée dans l’orifice (20) de la bride (2) et pour être engagée de manière ajustée dans l’écrou (3), et - un niveau à bulle (7) situé à une seconde extrémité (52) opposée du corps et configuré pour indiquer à un opérateur la bonne verticalité dudit axe (O).
